Analysis of 32 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Caused by Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, regular and reasons of adverse drug reactions(ADR) caused by cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection. To provide references for rational use of clinical drug. Methods 32 cases of ADR caused by cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection were collected by searching for CNKI. The cases of ADR were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 22 cases(68.75%) of males and 10 cases(31.25%) of female. And there were 3 cases(9.37%) with hypersensitiveness history and not known 6 cases(18.75%). ADR appearing within 30 min accounted for 81.25% of the total number of cases. The reports involving the respiratory system was the most accounted for 22.90%. The ADR reports of single medication accounted for 87.5% of the total number of cases. Conclusion ADR caused by a variety of factors. General attention should be paid to anaphylactic shock. Cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection should be used with more caution and exact monitoring.
