About Journal

  • Chinese Journal of Pharmacovigilance (ISSN 1672-8629, CN11-5219/R) is a pharmaceutical periodical publicly issued at home and abroad which is governed by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and sponsored by the Center for Drug Reevaluation, NMPA (National Center for ADR Monitoring, China). Founded in 2004 as a monthly journal, it has been certified as the key magazine of China technology and also source journal for China Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations (CSTPC).


    As a domestically authoritative scientific and technological journal of pharmacovigilance (PV) and relying on the duties of the Center for Drug Reevaluation, NMPA, Chinese Journal of Pharmacovigilance has been, over the years, focusing on "medication safety protection of the people", aiming to be "academic, guiding, practical and service" and consistently promoting in-depth development of the PV system in China. We have played our role as an academic support to safeguard public medication safety.


    Target audience: Professionals in industries related to the full life cycle of medicines (pharmacovigilance).
