Abstract: Objective Explore the clinical characteristics and regularity of anaphylactic shock by Xiangdan injection,provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods With "Xiangdan injection"、"shock"、"adverse reaction" as keywords retrieval in 2003 to 2011 China journal full-text database literature retrieval, altogether retrieve to 8 articles of anaphylactic shock by Xiangdan Injection, involves 8 patients, the author conducts a statistical analysis of the data. Results Anaphylactic shock by Xiangdan injection most are elderly patients, and dose relevant, shall not exceed dosage, meanwhile the Injection own factors also led to one of the major causes of adverse reactions. Xiangdan injection that cause serious adverse drug reaction condition although not common, but clinical application process should attach great importance.
