Application of Information System for Drug Safety Monitoring of Intravenous Drip in Outpatient Department

Abstract: ObjectiveTo control the factors affecting the safety of intravenous drip infusion, and normalize the ADR report. MethodsAutomatically validate the factors influencing main steps of drug safety including dosage, administration route and drug compatibility through program modification. Offer the reminding of ADR report and provide more complete information. Achive the closed-loop management of outpatient intravenous drug use when combined with transforming processes. Resultsand ConclusionThis system and process can reduce the incidence of mistakes in the administration of outpatient intravenous drug safety and improve the quality of ADR report.
