The Influence of Intervention on the Adverse Reactions of Antibacterial Drugs

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the method of reducing adverse drug reactions(ADR) through analyzing the influence factors of adverse reactions of antibacterial drugs. MethodsThe basic situation of patients, involving drugs and ADR types before and after the special improvement program on antibacterial drugs were analyzed and compared retrospectively. ResultsThrough the intervention activities, the ADR of antibacterial drugs were reduced, the proportion of penicillin and serious ADR became less significantly. ConclusionThe ADR of antibacterial drugs are closely associated with the use frequency and use strength, and also related to the variety of antibacterial drugs, irrational use and other factors.
