Abstract: Metabonomics refers to the quantitative measurement of the multi-parametric metabolic response of living systems to pathophysiological stimuli or genetic modifications. This paper introduced the major research Methods and discussed the usage in safety evaluation of drugs. It brings into full play role in the fundamental research of drugs.
