Literature Analysis of 95 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Vancomycin

Abstract: Objective To explore the causes and manifestations of adverse reactions by analyzing the cases of vancomycin induced adverse reactions, so as to provide references for clinical treatment. Methods 'Vancomycin', 'adverse reaction' and 'caused by' were used as key words to retrieve articles in CNKI, VIP and WANFANG database. 77 literatures which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were extracted. 82 cases of ADR in literatures were extracted, analyzed and summarized. Results The adverse reactions of vancomycin were mainly manifested as red man syndrome, acute renal impairment, fever, multiple blood cell loss, etc. Conclusion It is necessary to standardize the clinical medication and strengthen the patient's medication monitoring, and to monitor the blood concentration of patients when necessary.
