Abstract: Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the participation of clinical medication practice. Methods By reviewing one case of clinical pharmacists participating in the infection treatment after surgery of tibial plateau fracture, analyzed the clinical pharmacists' interventions. Results Clinical pharmacists can take advantage of their expertise to assist clinicians to adjust the therapeutic regimen, and improve the level of clinical drug treatment. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should be actively involved in clinical practice, and provide active pharmaceutical care.
