Abstract: Expert consulting of adverse drug reaction was the base of assisting to monitor and evaluate drug safety for adverse drug reaction monitoring center at all levels. Construction of expert database and adverse drug reaction monitoring and evaluation at provincial level was the assurance of perfect expert consulting. Eestablishment of expert database and management Methods were analyzed to establish a scientific and reasonable expert database of adverse drug reactions and then to make adverse drug reaction monitoring center at provincial level to become an important technical-supporting role in adverse drug reaction monitoring and evaluation work.
