Abstract: Objective To explore the general characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by Fat-soluble vitamin for injection so as to provide references for rational clinical drug use. Methods ADR cases induced by Fat-soluble vitamin for injection reported in domestic medical journals during 1994~2014 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results ADR induced by Fat-soluble vitamin for injection often occurred within 30 min after injection. ADR could involve multiple organs and systems, and clinical manifestations were various, mainly allergic reactions. Severe allergic reactions could manifest dyspnoea and anaphylactic shock. Conclusion Clinical physicians and pharmacists should pay attention to the ADR induced by Fat-soluble vitamin for injection and persist in rational drug use.
