67 Cases Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction by Meglumine Diatrizoate Injection

Abstract: Objective Explore the clinical characteristics and regularity of ADR by Meglumine diatrizoate injection, provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods With "Meglumine diatrizoate injection"、"adverse drug reaction" as keywords, retrieved literatures in 1997 to 2012 China journal full-text database, 54 articles of ADR by Meglumine diatrizoate injection, involving 67 patients(with repeated case) were statistically analyzed. Results and Conclusion Meglumine diatrizoate injection inducing ADR was irrelevant with dose, appeared in fast-type and delayed-type characteristic, clinical application should be monitored closely to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.
