Abstract: This assay introduced the basic concept and design of cohort study and the procedures to implement a cohort study to evaluate adverse drug reactions. We also discussed the current status of application of cohort study to study the adverse drug reactions, and to further explore the relationship between cohort study and phaseⅣ clinical trial in the area of drug safety.
