Abstract: Objective To summarize the current treatments of lansoprazole combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and think on relevant problems,in order to provide literature supports for future prospects of the combined treatment. Methods This thesis reviewed the clinical studies of lansoprazole combined with TCM in the treatment of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease and chronic gastritis. Results Lansoprazole combined with TCM can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, chronic gastritis and other gastrointestinal diseases related to acid secretion, and help to shorten the course of disease, reduce the risk of adverse reaction of lansoprazole. Conclusion Lansoprazole combined with TCM has broad prospects, but we should strengthen the study of modern treatment, in order to ensure the rationality and scientificity of the united treatment.
