Abstract: Through the study of current situation of Chinese traditional patent medicine containing toxic ingredient's instructions, analyze the problems in the use of Chinese traditional patent medicine containing toxic ingredient in western medical institutions and bring forward some concrete advises which will improve the quality and the rational application of Chinese traditional patent medicine containing toxic ingredients in western hospital, so as to contribute to the protection of human health.
