Results Skin and its appendages lesions(59.49%) and gastrointestinal system damages(14.60%) were the most common adverse reactions of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection, followed by the central and peripheral nervous system damages(10.40%); The ADRs mostly occurred in infants, children and elderly patients.
