Analysis of the Aggregative Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions/Events in Our Hospital

Abstract: The aggregative cases of adverse drug reactions/events(ADR/ADE) at our hospital in 2011 were statistically analyzed, and the causes were explained. Suggestions were given to reduce the damage induced by ADR/ADE. Intensive monitoring was given to the related clinical departments and largely used drugs to ensure the patients' medication safety.
