Abstract: Objective To analyse a case of vein thrombosis induced by dezocin injection and related literatures, in order to provide references for clinical rational use of dezocin injection. Methods Based on the rare case report, the domestic and foreign reports of adverse reactions caused by dezocin before December 2019 were searched and analyzed. Results The mechanism of thromboembolism induced by dezocine in this case might be injury of endothelial cells, the change of blood components and hemodynamic abnormality. Serious adverse drug reactions reported less, which included a small amount of anaphylactic shock reports. Conclusion For the rational use of dezocine injection, the manufacturer should further monitor its risks, and revise and improve the relevant contents of the drug insert to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
