Abstract: Hospital equipment management system of data consists of three modules: data analysis, medical equipment maintenance management, quality control data analysis and management, measurement data analysis and management. The equipment information system was extracted from the fixed asset management system database. The extracted corresponding fixed asset system database is the only feature encoding fixed asset number. The system database solves the previous problems of measurement, the inaccurate quality and gauging control data and the easily missed inspection of equipment. This provides the scientific basis for the medical equipment and minimizes the risk of their use. To improve the utilization of the equipment and save maintenance costs for the hospital, the statistics and analysis of maintenance costs provide reliable data to carry out the preventive maintenance.
