Anaphylaxis: Adverse Event Following Immunization Case Definition of Brighton Collaboration

Abstract: Brighton Collaboration is a national organization that focus on the standard of AEFI case definition in the field of vaccine safety surveillance. This article briefly introduced the work of Brighton Collaboration and interpreted the case definition of the anaphylaxis in details, included in specific contents, events category, tools of making decision, etc. The fact that the case definition is used broadly in the vaccine safety surveillance will not only promote the vaccine safety data analysis and comparisons but also propel Objective accurate evaluation for vaccine safety.
