Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the clinical features, correlation rules and mechanism of ADR/ADE caused by allopurinol tablet, and to provide a reference for clinical rational use of drugs. MethodsRetrieving CBM Database, CNKI and Chinese Periodical Full-text Database, literatures on ADR/ADE caused by allopurinol tablet during 1994~2013 were statistically analyzed. Results86 ADR/ADE cases were enrolled. The number of male patients was more than female; the 61~70 years old patients were with the highest incidence; the majority of ADR/ADE cases broke out within 1 month after medication(79 cases,91.86%); the adverse reactions involved many systems and organs, and there were some new and severe ADR/ADE cases, even some were dead; the main manifestation of ADR/ADE was skin system
