Economic Evaluation on Efficacy and Safety of Drugs

Abstract

Abstract: Drugs have two sides with positive and negative, the medical treatment efficacy and the adverse drug reactions. In health economic evaluation of drugs, considering the double influence of adverse drug reactions to costs and outcomes, the analysis of pharmacoeconomics evaluation should pay special attention to adverse reactions. We discussed in this report on several common Methods of analysis and cost measurement in pharmacoeconomics evaluation, and highlighted the influence of adverse drug reaction in economics.
