Analysis of Diarrhea Induced by Baixuan Xiatare Capsule in Our Hospital

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the characteristics and mechanism of diarrhea caused by oral Baixuan Xiatare Capsule. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 58 cases of diarrhea adverse reactions caused by Baixuan Xiata Re Capsule reported in our hospital from 2016 to 2018, Explored the main causes of diarrhea in patients. Results The cause of diarrhea in the patients was the composition of the scavengers and aloe-emodin in the acacia and the aloe. Conclusion The use of Baixuan Xiatare Capsule should follow the syndrome differentiation and strengthen the pharmaceutical care of key populations such as children and old people, and should not be combined with other laxatives and long-term use.
