中药中黄曲霉毒素B1污染概况

Overview of Aflatoxin B1 Contamination in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 目的 对中药中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的污染状况进行文献分析。方法 对2000年以来国内外发表的中药中AFB1检测的阳性定量结果的文献进行整理,总结与分析。结果 149种中药(包含12种动物药,3种发酵药材)的1 168批样品中检测到AFB1。植物药中种子果实类,根茎类药材容易污染AFB1。阳性样品超标率(限量标准,5 μg·kg-1)达到52.40%,并且不同中药间AFB1的检测值差异较大。结论 中药中AFB1污染已是普遍现象,未来应加强中药中AFB1检测方法、限量标准和防霉养护的研究。

Abstract: Objective To summarize aflatoxins B1 contamination in traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). Methods References from 2000 to now at home and abroad about the positive Results of AFB1 in TCMs were collated, summarized and analyzed. Results AFB1 were detected in 1 168 batches of 149 TCMs (including 11 animal medicines and 3 fermented medicines). Compared with the other medical parts, fruits and seeds, roots and rhizomes were more easily contaminated with AFB1. The rate of exceed standard (limit standard, 5 μg·kg-1) in the positive samples reached 52.40%, and the detection values of AFB1 among the TCMs were different significantly. Conclusion Contamination of AFB1 in TCMs is common. In the future, research on detection menthod, limit standard and anti-mild maintenance of AFB1 in TCMs should be strengthened.
