摘要： 通过梳理与分析我国传统中医药文献在药物安全性及其警戒意识方面的认知,为研究中药不良反应 /事件内涵,探索控毒方式及其规律提供理论依据,并进而为指导临床合理用药提供参考。研究认为：有史以来,医药学家非常重视药物的安全性,常以“毒药”表达药物警戒及其安全性；并常通过控量限时、炮制、配伍等方式降低毒性,确保临床用药安全。在此方面积累了极其丰富的理论知识和宝贵用药经验,值得深入挖掘和研究。

关键词: 中药, 安全性, 药品不良反应

Abstract: In order to provide theoretical basis for studying the content of adverse reaction/event of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), exploring the Methods and rules of controlling toxicity and guiding rational use TCM in clinical, analysis the safety and pharmacovigilance of TCM in literatures. Our research shows: from the record of history, the doctors and pharmacists were pay much more attention to the safety of TCM and using "poison" explained the safety of TCM and pharmacovigilance. Also in order to ensure the safety of using TCM in clinical, reducing toxicity by controlling doses, processing and modification according to varies symptoms, etc. It is worth researching on the safety of TCM, since it contains extremely rich theoretical knowledge and valuable clinical experiences.
