Recent Advance on the Association Between HLA-B*1502 Allele and Severe Cutaneous Adverse Reactions in Different Race Induced by Anti-epileptic Drugs

Abstract

Abstract: To present a review on the research of the association between HLA-B*1502 allele and the severe cutaneous adverse reactions in different race induced by anti-epileptic drugs in recent years. The mechanisms were preliminary analysised to provide reference on the rational use of anti-epileptic drugs and prevent and reduce the serious adverse events.
