Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic methods and pharmaceutical care of community-acquired pneumonia. Methods Through analyzing medication errors, the primary therapeutic experiences of community-acquired pneumonia were summarized. Results The patient didn't immediately take the mycoplasma body test after hospitalization. At the beginning of treatment, the doctor selected Ceftazidime and Ribavirin. At the last stage of treatment, the drugs were changed to Azithromycin, Ceftriaxone and Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate for Injection. During the period of hospitalization, the patient appeared anaphylaxis. Conclusion We should empirically cover untypical pathogen in treating CAP. The clinical pharmacists should timely do pharmaceutical care in order to avoid the adverse drug reaction.
