Abstract: Dysglycaemia is common disease of endocrine system. In recent years, dysglycaemia cases were repeatedly reported, and these should be paid attention to. This review summarized the type of common drugs causing dysglycaemia, action mechanism, clinical manifestation, prevention and cure measures, expecting to benefit rational drug use and reducing adverse drug reaction.
