Literature Analysis of 10 Cases of Anaphylactic Shock Induced by Tanreqing Injection

Abstract: Objective Explore the clinical characteristics and regularity of anaphylactic shock by Tanreqing injection, provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods With "Tanreqing injection", "shock", "adverse reaction" as keywords retrieval in 2005 to 2012 China journal full-text database literature retrieval, altogether retrieve to 12 articles of anaphylactic shock by Tanreqing Injection, involves 10 patients(with repeated case) were Statistically analyzed. Resutls and Conclusion Tanreqing injection induced allergic shock and dose related, occurs in the medication within 30 minutes, clinical application should be monitored closely, prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.
