Review and Analysis of Unreasonable Use of Propatamol after Operation in Our Hospital

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical application of propacetamol in order to improve the reasonable application level. Methods From August to November in 2017, all case histories which used propacetamol after operation (532 copies) were selected from the HIS system in our hospital and evaluated according to the relevant guidelines and instructions of propacetamol. The evaluation contents included safety, rationality and so on, and the evaluation Results were summarized and analyzed. Results There were 178 unreasonable case histories of propacetamol, and the unreasonable rate was 33.46%. The main problems were too slow infusion speed, too long treatment course, unreasonable drug combination, over-maximum daily dose, over-age limit and so on. Conclusion The unreasonable application of propacetamol in our hospital is common, and its reasonable application level needs to be improved.
