Abstract: Blood-glucose monitoring system for self-testing has becoming an important tool for patients and medical institution to monitor the blood-glucose concentration of diabetics. Applying blood-glucose monitoring system with different monitoring theories to diabetics from different areas, different population, with different diseases and different treatment allows better monitoring of blood-glucose concentration, which further reduces the monitoring deviation. The purpose of this paper is to study how to choose the desirable blood-glucose monitoring system and how to evaluate the performance.
