Abstract: Objective To study the biological mechanism of luteolin protecting against cerebral ischemia by network pharmacology. Methods The target of luteolin was screened by TCMSP database, target genes of CI diseases were screened by Gene Cards database, Luteolin-target network was constructed by Cytoscape software, protein-protein interaction(PPI) network was analyzed using STRING database, GO enrichment analysis and KEGG signal pathway analysis were performed on the relevant targets. Results 50 targets of luteolin on CI was acquired, and key targets protecting against CI by regulating vascular proliferation and generation, inflammatory response, apoptosis and other functions. Conclusion Luteolin plays an important role in cerebral ischemia by regulating oxidative stress, proliferation and regeneration of vascular smooth muscle, apoptotic signaling pathway, PI3K Akt signaling pathway and IL-17 signaling pathway
