阿替普酶溶栓引起严重不良反应1例及文献分析

摘要： 目的 探讨阿替普酶溶栓过程中引起严重过敏反应的机制和处理措施。方法 通过介绍1例阿替普酶引起严重过敏反应的病例的诊疗经过,结合文献分析阐述阿替普酶引起过敏反应的可能机制和处理方法。结果 经过积极对症处理,患者严重的过敏反应明显好转并趋于稳定。结论 阿替普酶引起严重的过敏反应虽然罕见,但是会对患者造成生命的威胁,需要在以后的工作中重视此类不良反应,并积极进行对症处理。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the mechanism and treatment of severe adverse drug reactions caused by rt-PA.Methods Based on the diagnosis and treatment of one case with severe allergic reactions caused by rt-PA, the possible mechanism and treatments were described in combination with literature analysis. Results After effective treatment, the patient improved significantly and tended to be stable.Conclusion The severe anaphylaxis caused by rt-PA is rare but life-threatening, so we need to pay more attention to the adverse reactions in our future work and deal with them properly.
