摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析艾托格列净片联合聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液致血糖正常的糖尿病酮症酸中毒（euDKA）的风险与机制,为临床用药提供安全警示。方法分析1例艾托格列净片联合聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液致euDKA的诊疗经过,并检索相关文献探讨发生机制以及危险因素。结果患者经停用可疑药物并接受对症支持治疗后病情好转。结合文献,低碳饮食及胰岛素骤停均是高危致病因素。结论艾托格列净片联合聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液可能诱发euDKA,临床使用时应严格评估患者个体情况,加强用药监护与患者教育,保障用药安全。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the risks and mechanism of euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis (euDKA) induced by the combination of ertugliflozin tablets and polyethylene glycol loxenatide injection in order to contribute to the safety of clinical medications. Methods The treatment process of a patient who developed euDKA after using the aforementioned drug combination was analyzed while the mechanism and risk factors were investigated based on literature. Results The patient’s condition improved after discontinuation of suspected drugs and symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The combination of ertugliflozin tablets and polyethylene glycol loxenatide injection may induce euDKA. Clinicians should assess the condition of an individual patient, offer pharmaceutical care and provide related information to ensure safe medications.
