我院186例艾滋病患者用药不良反应分析

摘要： 目的 探讨艾滋病患者用药不良反应的发生特点与规律,为临床药物警戒及促进合理用药提供参考。方法 收集我院2016年1月至2018年12月报告国家药品不良反应监测系统的全部不良反应,从中提取确诊为艾滋病患者的不良反应报告186例,运用回顾性分析方法进行统计分析。结果 186例药品不良反应报告中,男性169例,女性17例,31~40岁年龄段的患者占多数（26.34%）;共涉及61种药品,抗感染药物占比最高（81.72%）,其中磺胺类抗菌药品不良反应发生率最高（46.05%）;临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见（40.76%）。结论 艾滋病患者不良反应的发生可能与患者年龄、药品种类、用药频率等多种因素相关。沟通、反馈不良反应发生特点和规律,有利于临床医生重视不良反应,优化治疗方案。

Abstract: Objective To explore the feature and regularity of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients, and to provide reference for clinical pharmcovigilance and rational drug use. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 186 AIDS patients with all ADR reports which were reported to the National Drug Adverse Reaction Monitoring System from January 2016 to December 2018. Results Among the 186 cases of adverse drug reactions, there were 169 males and 17 females, and the majority (26.34%) were patients aged from 31 to 40 years old. A total of 61 drugs were involved, anti-infective drugs had the highest drug composition ratio (81.72%), among which sulfonamides caused the most ADR cases (46.05%). Skin and local lesion were the major clinical manifestations (40.76%). Conclusion The occurrence of ADR in AIDS patients may be associated with age, classes of drugs, and the frequency of use. Communicate and feedback the regularity and characteristics of ADR, which is beneficial for the clinicians to strengthen their vigilance against ADR and optimize treatment.
