摘要： 目的 通过对头孢曲松与地塞米松混合使用风险的分析,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法 对1 124例头孢曲松与地塞米松混合使用的不良反应病例进行统计分析。结果 头孢曲松与地塞米松混合使用情况主要发生在基层医疗机构。两种药品混合使用更容易发生严重的过敏反应,可导致过敏性休克。多数同时使用地塞米松的病例没有明确的适应证。结论 头孢曲松与地塞米松混合使用容易发生严重的过敏反应,两种药品应避免混合使用。

Abstract: Objective To study the safety and risk of mixed ceftriaxone and dexamethasone given in patients, and provide more information of safe and rational drug use in clinic. Methods To analyze 1 124 ADR case reports of ceftriaxone mixed with dexamethasone for injection. Results Mixing ceftriaxone with dexamethasone for use mainly took place in primary health care institutions. Mixed use of these two drugs tends to cause more serious allergic reactions, including anaphylactic shock. Most of cases mixed using dexamethasone is lack of clear indications. Conclusion Mixing ceftriaxone with dexamethasone for use tends to cause more serious allergic reactions. Ceftriaxone should be avoided to mix with dexamethasone for clinical use.
