Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Huanglong Zhike Granules by HPLC

摘要: 目的 建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定黄龙止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法Agilent Extend C18 色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(含0.1%三乙胺)(10:90)为流动相,检测波长为207nm。结果 盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.0700~1.400μg的范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为98.7%。结论本实验方法简单,结果 准确,重现性好,可用于对黄龙止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱含量进行控制。

Abstract: Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Huanglong Zhike granules. Methods Agilent Extend C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(0.1% triethyamine) (10:90). The detection wavelength was set at 207nm. Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.0700μg to 1.400μg(r=1.0000). The average recovery was 98.7%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control.
