摘要： 目的 探讨碘普罗胺注射液致过敏性休克的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 对1995~2009年中国期刊全文数据库文献进行检索,对其中涉及碘普罗胺注射液致过敏性休克的30例病例报告进行统计与分析。结论 碘普罗胺注射液导致的过敏性休克发生时间短,死亡率高,应引起临床高度重视。

Abstract: Objective To study clinic features and regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by lopromide injection, to provide reference for rational use of drug. Methods 30 cases ADR of lopromide injection are collected and analyzed statistically from CNKI articles in 1995~2009. Conclusion The duration of anaphylactic shock with lopromide injection is short and death rate is very high, and should be highly emphasized by clinicians.
