肝病伴出血患者应用维生素K时需要注意的问题

摘要： 出血倾向是肝病患者常见的并发症之一,其中也包括因维生素K缺乏而造成的出血,这时适当补充维生素K是非常必要的,但肝病患者出血的原因及肝损伤的程度不同,对维生素K的使用也不同。通过对维生素K的理化性质及肝病出血的原因进行分析,阐述维生素K对肝脏的影响,及其在肝病伴出血患者中应用时应注意的问题。

Abstract: Bleeding tendency is one of the most common complications for patients with liver diseases, such as bleeding because of vitamin K deficiency. For the patients, it’s essential to complement some vitamin K. However, the amount of supplementary vitamin K differs from person to person, and depends on some factors such as the degree of liver damage, the causes of bleeding, and so on. By analyzing the physic-chemical properties of vitamin K and the causes of bleeding for patients with liver diseases, to expound the influence on hepatic function of vitamin K and its clinical application in liver diseases.
