    In compliance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the copyright holder of the paper (hereinafter referred to as the author of the paper) agrees to submit and publish the paper in this journal. Once the above-mentioned paper is published in the journal, all authors voluntarily grant the copyright of the paper (including various media and text types) to the Editorial Board of CJPV (hereinafter referred to as the Editorial Board), which will pay a one-time discretionary fee (including the copyright transfer fee) and present a sample issue, and will not pay the authors of the paper if the Editorial Board publishes the paper in other forms.

    At the same time, all authors agree to publish the accepted manuscript (including the accepted manuscript and the edited manuscript) on the "China Knowledge Network" hosted by China Academic Journals (CD-ROM) Electronic Magazine Ltd. before the publication of the journal. (If you do not agree to the web premiere, please indicate this in the author's signature.)

    Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and sign to commit to them, which are as follows:
    1. This article has not been published in public at home or abroad.

    2. All authors of this article agree to transfer all rights to reproduce and disseminate this article as a whole and all rights to reproduce, distribute, disseminate on the information network, perform, translate, compile, adapt, etc., the figures, tables, abstracts, or other parts of the work that can be extracted from the article, worldwide, including but not limited to the rights to reproduce, distribute, disseminate on the information network, perform, translate, compile, adapt, etc. to the Editorial Board of Chinese Pharmacovigilance. The author of the paper may not grant permission to others to use it in any form, but the author of the paper may quote (or translate) parts of the paper in his own subsequent works or compile it in a non-journalistic collection of the author of the paper.

    3. All authors of this paper do not dispute the attribution (including authorship) or order of authorship of this paper. No changes to the author's name, order or affiliation will be permitted after publication. In the event of a dispute over attribution, all responsibility will be borne by the author of the paper. If there is a need to change the author (including the author's unit) before publication, the first author must submit a written application for change to the editorial office, and if the editorial office approves, a new copyright agreement must be submitted, and the original copyright agreement will automatically be invalidated.

    4. All authors of this paper guarantee that all the contents of the paper are true, accurate and scientific; that they do not violate the relevant national regulations on publication management and other relevant regulations; and that they do not involve confidentiality and other issues.

    5. All authors of this paper guarantee that the paper is an original work, that there are no multiple submissions and that there is no infringement or leakage of confidentiality. In the event of infringement, multiple submissions or leakage of confidentiality, the authors of the paper shall bear all responsibility and shall compensate the editorial team for the loss. In order to maintain scientific ethics and normal publication order, the Editorial Board has the right to withdraw the manuscript, to criticise the author of the paper by name in the field of education and research as well as in sister journals, and to notify the relevant units to punish the author accordingly. 

    6. If the paper is not accepted, this authorisation will be automatically terminated when the author receives the notice of return. If the author of the paper does not receive the editorial opinion on the paper within 3 months, the authorisation will be automatically terminated after declaring to the editorial board that the paper can be dealt with separately. 

    7. undertakes that the matters specified in this power of attorney have been agreed by all the authors and signed by all of them.

    8. This agreement shall take effect from the date of signature. Copies/scanned copies of the agreement submitted by the authors via e-mail, submission system, etc. after signature shall have the same legal effect as the original.
