Study on the Anti-fatigue and Anti-anoxia Effects of Epimedium Polysaccharides on Mice

Abstract: Objective To study the anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia effects of Epimedium polysaccharides. Methods The burdened swimming tests and the hypoxia tolerance tests were adopted. Results The swimming time and the survival time of the experimental group also were longed significantly(P< 0.05). Conclusion Epimedium polysaccharides can improve the ability of the anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia of mice.
