Abstract: Using medicine beyond instruction is contrary to thought of rational use of medicine. By the prescription with case explaining by a fact that substance of experimental therapy is using medicine beyond instruction which becomes breakthrough of irrational using medicine ,has potnetial risks and threatenas seiously to safety use of medicine.
