Aflatoxin and Ochratoxin A Contamination in Chinese Herbal Medicines

Abstract: In recent years, there have been increasing incidents of mycotoxin excess that attract attention both at home and abroad, which has a negative effect on the development of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the contamination of Chinese herbal medicines by mycotoxinin was analyzed, the limit standard of mycotoxin was summarized, and the current research of detection methods of mycotoxin was outlined in the hopes of contributing to the study on the safety of Chinese herbal medicines.
