2951例病原菌的分布及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药分析

摘要: 目的了解我院临床分离出的2 951例病原菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法对2 951株临床分离菌株进行药敏试验。结果临床分离菌株中革兰阳性菌占17.45%,革兰阴性菌占82.55%。革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺高度敏感;革兰阴性杆菌对头孢哌酮舒巴坦、哌拉西林他唑巴坦、亚胺培南和美罗培南敏感性较高。结论肠杆科大肠埃希菌耐药率高于肺炎克雷伯菌,非发酵菌的鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌显示多重耐药。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the drug resistance of 2 951 pathogens for commonly used antibiotics. MethodsAntimicrobial susceptibility testing of 2 951 isolated bacteria was carried out. ResultsOf 2 951 clinical isolates gram-positive bacteria accounted for 17.45% and gram-negative bacteria accounted for 82.55%. Sensitivity of gram-positive cocci to vancomycin and linezolid was high; gram-negative bacilli showed higher sensitivity to cefoperazone sulbactam, piperacillin-tazobactam, imipenem and meropenem. ConclusionThe drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli was higher than Klebsiella pneumoniae; Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa display multiple drugs resistance.
