摘要： 目的 建立HPLC法测定润燥止痒胶囊中何首乌、制何首乌游离蒽醌的含量。方法 采用Eclipse XDB-C18（5μm,150mm×4.6mm）色谱柱,以甲醇为流动相A,0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长254nm。结果 大黄素在0.0514~1.3878μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率（n=6）为103.8%,RSD为1.1%;大黄素甲醚在0.017216~0.464832μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率（n=6）为102.7%,RSD为1.4%。结论 本法简便,准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法 。

Abstract: Objective To develop an HPLC method to determine the contents of free anthraquinone in Polygonum multiflorum and Polygoni multiflori radix praeparata of Runzao Zhiyang capsule. Methods Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm, 150mm×4.6mm) was adopted. Methods was used as mobile phase A and 0.1% phosphoric acid was used as mobile phase B with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The linear range of emodin was 0.0514~1.3878μg, the recovery(n=6) of this method was 103.8% and RSD was 1.1%; The linear range of physcion was 0.017216~0.464832μg, the recovery(n=6) of this method was 102.7% and RSD was 1.4%. Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and can be applied in quantitative determination of the drug.
