银菘香合剂的体外抗病毒作用研究

Anti-virus Effects and Mechanism of Yinsongxiang Mixture in Vitro

摘要: 目的 研究中药合剂“银菘香”的抗多种病毒活性及其潜在机制。方法 检测该复方在体外对甲型流感病毒FM1株(HPR8株(H1N1亚型)、副流感病毒1型(PIV-1)、单纯疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、柯萨奇病毒B族4型(CoxB4)的抗病毒作用,并通过液相蛋白芯片技术检测“银菘香”对流感病毒诱导的A549细胞的11种炎性因子释放的影响,分析其潜在作用机制。结果 研究显示“银菘香”对上述5种病毒均具有一定的抑制作用;“银菘香”可显著降低流感病毒诱导的A549细胞多种细胞因子如IL-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-18、 TNF-α、IFN-g和GM-CSF的释放 (P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论“银菘香”具抗一定病毒活性,其潜在机制可能与其抑制病毒诱导的多种炎症因子释放,减轻炎症损伤有关。

Abstract: Objective To explore the antiviral activities and mechanism in vitro of the Yin-song-xiang. Methods The virus inhibition effects of Yinsongxiang on influenza A virus FM1 strain (strain of HPR8 (H1N1) subtype), parainfluenza virus 1 (PIV-1), HSV-1 infected (HSV-1), chimpanzee coryza agent (RSV), coxsackie B virus 4 (CoxB4) were examined in vitro, and the effects of Yinsongxiang to the release of inflammatory cytokines induced by influenza viruses were detected through multiplex bead analysis and its underlying mechanisms were analyzed. Results Research showed Yinsongxiang had a certain inhibition effect on the 5 kinds of viruses. Yinsongxiang could significantly reduce the release of various cytokines such as IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-18, TNF-a, IFN-g and GM-CSF (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) of A549 cells induced by influenza virus. Conclusion Yinsongxiang had inhibition effects on the 5 virus. Its potential mechanism may be related to its inhibition on the release of various inflammatory factors and alleviation on inflammatory injury.
