4-甲基环十五烷酮对心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用

Protective Effects of 4-Methylcyclopentadecanone on Myocardial Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury

摘要: 目的 探讨4 -甲基环十五烷酮(4-MCPC)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法 采用结扎左冠脉前降支30 min后再灌注2 h制备心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MI/R)大鼠模型,采用麝香酮为对照,以心肌梗死面积、血清中CK、LDH水平和心肌组织中MPO活性以及TNF-α、IL-1β含量为评价指标,全面考察4-MCPC对模型大鼠心肌缺血再灌损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。结果 与模型组比较,4-MCPC 20、10 mg·kg-1组大鼠心肌梗死面积明显减少;血清中CK、LDH水平降低;心肌组织中MPO活性明显降低;TNF-α和IL-1β含量明显减少。结论 4-MCPC对MI/R模型大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of 4-methylcyclopentadecanone(4-MCPC) on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(MI/R) injury on rat model. Methods MI/R rat model was established by coronary artery ligation for 30 min followed with 2 h reperfusion. Muscone was selected as control. Myocardial ischemic infarction was calculated and the level of CK, LDH in serum, the activity of MPO and the content of TNF-α, IL-1β in heart homogenate were detected to evaluate the effects of 4-MCPC on MI/R rats. Results Compared with model group, the myocardial ischemic infarction, CK, LDH level in serum, the activity of MPO and the content of TNF-α, IL-1β in heart homogenate were dramatically decreased in 4-MCPC(20, 10 mg·kg-1) group rats. Conclusion 4-MCPC displayed certain protective effects on MI/R rat model.
