Determination of Isofraxidin in Medofenoxate Fruits by HPLC

摘要: 目的 建立HPLC测定刺五加果实中异嗪皮啶含量的方法。方法采用AgilentXDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5 m),以甲醇-0.2 %磷酸溶液(27 73)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为室温,进样量10 L,检测波长为343nm。结果异嗪皮啶进样量在0.334~4.175 g·mL-1内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为100.74%,RSD 为0.44%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏快速、结果准确、重现性好,可用于刺五加果实中异嗪皮啶含量的测定。

Abstract: Objective To establisha HPLC method for the determination of isofraxidin in medofenoxate fruits. Methods Agilent XDB C18(4.6 mm伊150 mm,5μm) column was applied, using methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (27:73)as mobile phase with the rate of 1.0mL·min-1. The column temperature was room temperature, the injection volumn was 10μL and the detective wavelength was 343 nm. Results A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.835~4.176μg·mL-1 for isofraxidin(r=0.9996). The average recovery(n=6) was 100.74%(RSD=0.44%). Conclusion The method is practical, convenient, accurate, and can be used as the determination of isofraxidin in medofenoxate fruits.
