离子色谱法测定氨基葡萄糖枸橼酸钙分散片的含量

Ion Chromatography Determination of Glucosamine Calcium Citrate Dispersible Tablets

摘要: 目的 建立离子色谱法测定氨基葡萄糖枸橼酸钙分散片中盐酸氨基葡萄糖的含量。方法 色谱条件:CarboPacTM PA200 3 mm×250 mm(带 CarboPacTMPA200 3 mm×50 mm 保护柱);积分脉冲安培检测器(采用四电位波形);流动相:0.2mol/L NaOH,流速0.5mL/min;进样体积:25 L;柱温30℃。结果 盐酸氨基葡萄糖的线性范围0.01~0.2 mg/L(r =0.999 5),回收率为 99.5%。结论 离子色谱法准确、简便、快速,可用于氨基葡萄糖枸橼酸钙分散片的含量测定。

Abstract: Objective To establish an assay method of determination for Glucosamine hydrochloride of Glucosamine Calcium Citrate Dispersible Tablets by ion chromatography(IC). Methods The assay was performed on CarboPacTM PA200 3mm×250mm(with CarboPacTM PA200 3mm×50mm protective column); mobile phase:0.2mol/L NaOH,The flow rate was 0.5mL/min; the column temperaturetemprature 30℃. Results The line ranges of Glucosamine hydro-chloride as partate was 0.01~0.2 mg/L(r=0.9995),The average recoveries of Glucosamine hydrochloride were 99.5%. Conclusion The method is proved to be rapid, accurate, and convenient,and provided a reliable way for evaluating the quality of Glucosamine hydrochloride as Glucosamine Calcium Citrate Dispersible Tablets.
