全身麻醉药的药物警戒实践探析

摘要： 目的 探索全身麻醉药的临床安全应用路径,构建围术期药物警戒防线,提升麻醉质量并保障手术安全。方法 整理近年文献,梳理临床常用全身麻醉药的警戒要点,构建“麻醉前风险评估—个体化方案制定—围术期实时监测—术后恢复管理”的全周期警戒策略,提出加强手术麻醉药物警戒实施措施的建议。结果 该全周期警戒策略有效明确了麻醉药的风险监测核心,通过制度化管理可显著降低药物相关不良事件的发生风险,提升围术期管理的精准度。结论 构建全周期警戒策略及本土化实施路径,为医疗机构优化全身麻醉药管理提供创新性、可行性强的实践框架,对推动麻醉安全体系建设提供参考。

Abstract: Objective To explore ways to use general anesthetics safely and establish a perioperative pharmacovigilance system so as to improve the quality of anesthesia and ensure surgical safety. Methods By reviewing the latest literature, the priorities of pharmacovigilance concerning commonly used general anesthetics were summarized, and a full-cycle strategy for pharmacovigilance was constructed that involved “pre-anesthesia assessment of risks-individualized regimens-perioperative real-time monitoring- management of postoperative recovery”. Measures to strengthen pharmacovigilance for surgical anesthesia were recommended. Results This strategy for full-cycle pharmacovigilance identified the major risks posed by anesthetics. Through institutionalized management, this strategy could do much to reduce the risk of drug-related adverse events and enhance the precision of perioperative management. Conclusion A strategy for full-cycle pharmacovigilance and a localized pathway for implementation have been established, which is expected to provide a valuable reference for optimizing the management of general anesthetics in medical institutions and for boosting the construction of safety systems for anesthesia.
