硫辛酸注射液对糖尿病脑梗塞患者疗效及血清炎性因子的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Thioctic Acid Injection in Diabetic Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence on Serum Inflammatory Cytokines Level

摘要: 目的 研究硫辛酸注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者的临床疗效及其对血清炎性因子白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)及可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)表达的影响。方法 取2012年1月~ 2014年5月我院收治的2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者138例,随机均分为对照组和治疗组,对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用硫辛酸注射液,比较分析两组患者的总体疗效、神经功能与生活能力改善情况、炎性因子表达水平。结果 疗后治疗组总有效率 (91.30%)明显高于对照组(75.36%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组患者生活活动能力评分显著增加,神经功能缺损评分显著减小,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,sICAM-1、IL-6水平明显下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 辛酸注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者效果显著,改善患者神经功能,可能与抑制炎性因子表达有关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thioctic acid injection and the expression changes of the inflammatory cytokines soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in patients with type 2 diabetes and cerebral infarction. Methods 138 cases of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were randomly divided into control group (conventional treatment) and treatment group (treated with thioctic acid injection). The total effective rates, neurological function, activity of daily living, expression levels of inflammatory cytokines of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group (91.30%) was significantly higher than that of control group (75.36%) (P<0.05). The values of activity of daily living were higher in treatement group compared with the control group (P<0.05), the neurological severity score was lower in treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the concentration of sICAM-1 and IL-6 decreased significantly, the differences of them were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Thioctic acid injection for the treatment of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction has a significant clinical effect. It can improve patients’ neurological function, attenuate inflammatory response.
